Students set a SMART goal based on their fitness data. Students use the SMART acronym to help them.
S-Specific M-Measurable A-Attainable R-Realistic & Relavant T-Time Bound |
Students created a fitness plan based on exercises they were familiar with from home, sports and in Physical Education. They chose exercises that they felt would aid them in achieving their goal. These fitness plans were designed to be very simple and individualized. Please look over your childs fitness plan and help them accomplish their goal throughout the 2017-2018 school year.

Click here to go to Welnt where students created their SMART goal and fitness plan.
The link will take you to the 3 Oaks home page. From there click on "Students" in the green tab. A drop down box will appear. At the bottom of the drop down box click on "Welnet". From there it will have you log in. Use your child's user name and password from school. (same as if they were logging into their school chrome book). Then click on Fitness.
If that does not work go to the school home page and log into clever. In clever their is an app icon with a giant "W". That is also Welnet.
